The bathroom had a lot mold on the showerhead. I had to wipe it off before taking a shower. When we left they did not provide our bill receipt. They said Hotels.com has to provide it since we booked with you. Hotels.com has not provided our receipt.

I think it’s not right that one holiday in only charges a $10 deposit and the next holiday in charges $100 deposit . I think it should be the same across the board.

The environment was decent and I was happy with my stay until someone opened my room door twice between 7a-7:15a! Apparently the staff programmed the customers door key wrong and they were able to open my room door. After speaking with the manager, I was told that I would receive 5,000 points to my account (basically a free room), and I have yet to receive any points.
