Employee at check in was very helpful, gave us a nice room with a view. The room was very clean and comfortable We were in town for a concert at the arena and the free shuttle also worked out great and was easy to use. Would stay again when we are back in town.

Staff was good, they did allow an early check in and a late check out. For being a multi million dollar establishment they could do way better. We stayed in 631 a $250+ $50 deposit refundable room. We did not receive the bathrobes in our room to use for the stay. 1 pair of slippers for 2 booked guests. Our bed linens had stains everywhere, pillow cases, fitted and flat sheet, duvet cover, N A S T Y!!! The carpet had several burn marks and unattractive staining. WE WERE SHOCKED!!!! I expect conditions of this level to be from an "hourly rate" MOTEL.... I was disgusted. We chose to not say anything due to being sold out because of the boxing match we were in town for. Hotels.com you should drop this business before lack of presentation rubs off on your name.

The staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional and it was very hard to check in. The shuttle took us to an event and when it was over they were supposed to come back and get us they left us there for 2 hours with calling the shuttle staff two times. The room was very dusty and carpet dirty. I had an asthma attack and had to sit in the lobby while the rest of my party finished packing. I was trying to hurry up and get out and left my new shirt and my very expensive headphones and called to see if my Things were turned in and they said they didn’t see them. I never got to see the pool or spa because it was closed for the event.
