The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. My issues are with the front desk. I called to inform them that we were out of toilet paper and needed fresh towels and wash cloths. We waited for 5 hours and never received them. We were forced to use the room kleenex to wipe ourselves. I called back down to request more and never received them. This is unacceptable.

The room was beautiful with a beautiful view. It did smell badly of smoke, even though it was a non smoking room. Very nice bathroom/shower. Other than the smoke smell, it was perfect.
