It was very weird to see a window in the room that leads to the hall. We had to use something on the inside to make sure there wasnt any cracks for people walking by to see us inside the room. Especially as the bed is right beside the window. Front desk woman was very polite and helpdul the entire time. Was a pleasure to work with.

Room was very sub par. Broken dresser, molding peeling from the wall, the toilet was very low to the ground. No elevator. Staff was friendly. Shuttle service is the only reason I would stay again. Rich (the driver) was AWESOME!

The hallways were freezing. We did not feel safe at this location. Would not stay here again. The only positive was that the lady who checked us in was very nice.

Rooms are not very clean. Literally was dirty underwear hanging up in closet from someone’s previous stay. The best part about the stay was the shuttle. The biggest perk. It did the job for the short time needed. But would not stay again.

Property was in the back. It’s small more of a motel vibe. The front desk staff were amazing!!!! My only complaint IF I had one would be the room smelled like PURE BLEACH. It was very strong. The room was comfortable and clean.

Our room was not ready when we arrived to check in at 6:30PM. They had to spot clean a room that was available and had us wait another 30 minutes before we could go in. The room did not have a mirror in the bathroom, the floor was wet in the room, the remote to the TV died while using it, and ultimately it felt like a poor experience.

It was convenient for a place to stay. The property was a little odd. The smell of the clean product in the rooms was overwhelming. There wasn’t adequate parking. Overall, the stay wasn’t bad and the staff was very kind, but the property was very odd.

Needs renovations and making sure that things are not broken prior to guest getting there. I had a drawer that was broken in my room and a slow draining sink. And a more accurate depiction of what the property looks like. There was a little hill in the bathroom.
