Television would not connect. Called front desk...they would send maintenance to room sometime. Never showed. Room telephone did not work. Light switches and receptacles did not work. Poor response to my concerns. Feel that I overpaid for this room

The entry way and continental breakfast is very nice! The room is dated with a non-working slide lock, sliding doors to a balcony where people clearly smoke because the entire hallway smells of smoke, and dirty shampoo bottles in the shower. It is worth going if you get a major deal.

This hotel is very serviceable and reasonably priced. The location pretty convenient for the greater Detroit area. Plenty of available parking, seems very safe, definitely clean. My only criticism might be to forewarn anyone who is environmentally sensitive to chemicals. I've stayed here three times and it always reeks of disinfectants in the lobby area
