Smelled smokey the mint spray is mo substitute for clean!carpet gross

Thank you for your comments as we need to know how we can do better. I don't know what happened because we always give out copies of the hotel receipts. I'm sorry that you didn't get one. I also don'y know about a smoky smell as our hotel is 100 % smoke free. Sometimes other guests smoke outside , too close to the hotel and the smell comes in. When I am made aware of this, I try to track it down right away, so in future please ask for the manager right away if something is not satisfactory for you and we will do our very best to move you to another room or fix the problem right away- day or evening. I apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced. Louise

Entire week at this hotel was awesome!

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, idoor waterpark
We had absolutely no problems checking inn, rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and morning breakfasts were good and filling.
