Guests will be given an access code to use in the keypads to the private apartment during the guests stay.
This code will also be used to enter the main doors to the house to access the laundry room and game room. All guests have access to the laundry room and game room with their own personal codes.
The best way to contact us is through the Airbnb app as we are not located at the property, but we do monitor our messages regularly and respond as soon as possible.
This apartment has newly installed mini splits to keep a comfortable temperature for our guests year round.
We do keep a base heat of 64 degrees with the shared boiler system for the whole building. 1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. 2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $1000 fee. 3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave. 4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM. 5) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people. 6) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property. 7) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. 8) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. 9) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. 10) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house. 11) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:00am or later on the day of checkout. 12) USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - The security cameras are on the exterior of the house and main entrance doors. They are monitored by Flamepool Properties LLC who own the building. 13) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave. 14) No cats allowed
