The hotel was well situated, right on a Luas line and within walking distance of city center. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, room was clean with the exception of the carpet/rug which was disgustingly filthy. That rug is the only reason the m. It giving 5 stars. Breakfast was decent but extremely busy. It was hard to find a table to sit at. Staff was extremely helpful, extra kudos to Jaroslav and Kamila - it was nice to have friendly and helpful folks answering our questions and helping with taxi cab bookings. Bed was reasonably comfortable, water was warm quickly and always available, the thermostat was a bit difficult to set. Pillows could have been better. Overall not bad.

The hotel was very nice and well located. The door man Aiden was friendly, helpful, funny, just all around fantastic. Only complaint is that the parking was quite far from the hotel and a bit tricky to locate.

When you book a Hilton hotel, you expect a certain standard. I paid extra because I expected to sleep in a Hilton bed. I didn't and I feel cheated. In this hotel, you sleep on a cheap mattress and use cheap towels. The breakfast was extremely crowded. A disappointment!

Clean rooms although the bathroom was a little tired and could do with a makeover. Our room was small. The breakfast included in the room price is amazing! It’s more full breakfast buffet than continental - something for everyone. Location is good - there’s a tram right outside. It’s a short walk to attractions like Dublinia. Walking in some areas close by did not feel very safe. Hotel security is excellent.

Room was very little, hard was to work with laptop. Water should be provided in the room. First time in Dublin - view from the room was not pleasant- so kept my curtains closed. The staff was OK - some of them was not friendly or welcoming, some of them - very nice and kind. Overall was OK. Thanks.
