"Always a good stay at the Pentland, always sleep well and the food is good especially the buffet breakfast, staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you. Dropped a mark only because the bathroom door handle was hanging off which made opening and closing the door difficult but didn’t complain about it but otherwise just perfect, right down to the shortbread treat for tea and coffee. Too many places now don’t provide a biscuit, it’s the small things that matter. Having a wee treat with a cuppa after travelling all day goes a long way, well done guys."
