Overall, my stay at this hotel was fine, but the lack of hot water was disappointing. I had to shower in cold water, and when I contacted the front desk, I was only told that the engineering team was working on it. Unfortunately, no follow-up or resolution was provided.

Very strong chemical smell in lobby. Very little amenities included. Charged for parking. Charged a deposit which I wasn’t expecting because it was my understanding that there would be no additional fees. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was an acceptable location for the continuing education course I was there for.
