The hotel accommodations checked the box, no more. Room small, the bathroom even smaller (1 person at a time), didn't have any cabinets, and minimal shelves. No telephone in room to call the front desk. It was clean and quiet, but lacked anything else; simply functional.

checkin was a faf and took far too long not sure how many keys you need to oush on a computer to check someone in that has already prepaid and booked but its far to many in this hotel. room was absolutely tiny, toilet even more so. rooms are warn, stains on the curtains. its close to the airport and somewhere to lay your head but thats about it. room had ac thank goodness. dont expect too much.

Marriott can and should do better than this!

We have stayed at other Moxy hotels without a problem but we experienced multiple issues at Moxy Edinburgh Airport. The toilet in our room barely flushed, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the pump on the hand soap at the sink was broken. Our dinner in the hotel restaurant was disappointing and it took an hour for us to receive our food. The staff did not care, and it showed.

Room was hot! Ac did not cool and sleeping was very difficult. Even with window open it didn't get below 25 all night.... and was noisy from street. Dinning was bad with very slow service. Not enough staff working. Took me 20 min to pay for grab and go items. It is very easy access to airport though.

For an airport location the footpaths are a complete disgrace for people to drag suitcases over. Not the hotels fault. However, people with challenges could struggle badly trying to get to the terminal on foot.

We stayed here before an early morning flight. The room was clean and fine although a bit small with our big suitcases in it. There was a reduced meal offering as the kitchens were being upgraded which meant the meals took a while to come out. It was busy and staff were maybe struggling to keep up but they were great. I would stay here again as it was handy for the airport. We had dropped off our car the night before so it was only a 15 minute walk across in the morning.
