Detached house with large garden and sea views Los LIanos within walking distance

Our house is very close to Los Llanos de Aridane, on the west side of the island: Sol, in a large plot of approx. 3000 sqm. The view of the sea can be had from almost anywhere. Also from the inside of the house, so that the windows look like pictures. The city of Los Llanos is easily accessible on foot (approx. 20 minutes). Nevertheless, the location and surroundings are calm and rural. A supermarket and a bus stop are also within easy walking distance. The beach of Puerto Naos in 15 minutes by car, and that of Tazacorte in 10. Depending on the season, there is fruit to harvest in the garden. (Avocados, oranges, papaya, crapfrut, bananas ... and many herbs for self-sufficiency in the kitchen. When it came to furnishing the house, we thought of everything, and if there was anything missing, we will get it. The bed linen and towels are provided and changed. A washing machine use is possible. A wireless internet connection is in the house.
The house SOL also has a heating option if the sun does not come out on the few somewhat colder days in spring and the house cannot naturally heat up during the day. But the altitude of about 380 m above sea level hardly makes it necessary. Heating A: a mobile gas heater for quick heating, and heating B: an electric radiator with 2600 watts
On the style of the house: The construction of this house is based on that of the old Canarian houses. This means a wooden roof construction over every room (with the exception of the kitchen). The transition from inside to outside is flowing through the different terrace doors. The view of the sea is almost everywhere, z. B. from the sofa or from the bed. The garden is a somewhat naturally overgrown plant with many native plants, but still has to be watered, at least in summer. About the island and its 2 cities: The island of La Palma is so diverse and different, it is like a small continent. The east side is dominated by the lake climate, and is rainier and more cloudy. The west side has a more continental climate with larger temperature differences, and more sun. The vegetation is very different. The south is more like the island of Lanzarote with its volcanoes (some still active and hot) and lava fields. The north is the dense rainforest with huge trees. La Palma is the only Canary Island that has a constantly flowing body of water. (In the Baranco: Las Angustias, in the Caldera de Taburiente) The almond tree culture used to be very important, now it's the bananas. The climate is super tropical and very different depending on the altitude, (the small island rises to 2400m) Santa Cruz de la Palma is a very historic city, in which families from all over the world settled over the centuries.
Another house of ours is very close, but completely separate. This house can also be viewed at apartment, under object no. 7 7 4 0 5 9. Both houses have a large distance of approx. 45 m to each other, separate entrances and are completely separate without eye contact and out of earshot. Both houses have Internet via WiFi connection.

Excellent house in good location.
House was just as described. Lovely tropical garden with beautiful views. Easy access to Los Llanos, and roads to the caldera and through the tunnel to Santa Cruz. Weather better on this side of the island. We appreciated the bowl of fruit on arrival.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in bester Lage
Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage. Es ist dennoch zentral gelegen und man hat kurze Anfahrten zu Wanderungen, an den Strand nach Tazacorte sowie nach Los Llanos. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und verfügt über eine sonnige Terrasse, von der man einen wunderbaren Blick genießen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus mit tollem Garten!
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Casa Sol sehr genossen. Extrem freundlicher und entgegenkommender Hausherr, herrlicher Garten mit Mango- und Avocadobäumen zum Selberpflücken. Herrlicher Blick. Nahe an Los Llanos. Vielen vielen Dank an Martin und Marta!

Wunderbare Zeit in der Casa Sol
Wir haben 14 Tage im Casa Sol verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage mit schönem Blick auf den Atlantik, von jedem Fenster des Hauses hat man einen anderen, schönen Blick entweder Richtung Atlantik oder Berge. Der Garten wird liebevoll vom Besitzer gepflegt, umrahmt das Haus und hält je nach Jahreszeit Avocados, Nisperos oder Mangos bereit. Trotz idyllischer Lage ist man sehr zentral und es sind nur kurze Wege nach Los Llanos oder Tazacorte. In der Nähe auch Palmafruit, um Obst und Gemüse zu kaufen oder ein kleiner Spar. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch Kannen für Tee sind vorhanden, die sonst oft fehlen. Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem. Salz, Zucker und Essig/Öl waren vorhanden und auch eine frische Garnitur Spülbürste und Schwämmchen… nebenbei noch ein leckerer Obstteller… auch die Waschmaschine haben wir in Anspruch genommen ( hier war sogar Waschmittel vorhanden). Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder! Danke an unsere netten Vermieter für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Haus mit traumhafter Terrasse
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Casa Sol. Die überdachte Terrasse mit Blick über das Tal und das Meer ist einfach wunderbar. Das Haus und der Garten bieten alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Gastgeber, Herr Kummerow, ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Toller Aufenthalt in der Casa Sol
Die Casa Sol liegt herrlich auf einer Anhöhe bei Los Llanos. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Benejado, die Caldera, als auch auf das Meer. Am Abend genießt man von der Terrasse tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, hat einen schönen Garten und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus in wunderbarer Lage ohne Schnikschnak.
Einrichtung gut sauber und funktional, gute Betten, schönes rustikales Ambiente. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch den Vermieter. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt dort. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
