The receptionist was very friendly and helpful at my arrival. When returning my key, Javier even helped me with my luggage and asked me if I needed a ride to the airport. He offered me de bracelet for the breakfast included with my stay. They had a delicious assortment of Mexican food: hígado encebollado, carne de puerco en salsa verde, chilaquiles, whole fruits as guavas and strawberries, fruit cocktail including cantaloupe, cucumbers, watermelon. To drink they had orange juice) delicious!), jamaica juice, coffee, milk. Between all of that, they had waffles, eggs, hotcakes, gramola etc. This is a buffet type thing that I wasn't expecting All the hotel and restaurant staff was very professional No matter the dust and delay caused by the construction in progress for the future train, the facilities are very clean. Their location conveniently close to the airport and free rideto the departing passengers is a plus I will certainly go back again.

It was a very comfortable stay , the free buffet breakfast was excellent and the complimentary ride to the airport was a real bonus. All the staff were very nice. We also had dinner in the restaurant which we both enjoyed our meals. I recommend this hotel

Property is fine, near airport but doesn’t offer transportation from airport to the hotel only from hotel to airport. Right next to the hotel there’s a table dance bar and motel this a red flag for safety. At the moment the road is under mayor construction and the hotel is isolated and very unsafe to walk around. Also there’s nothing around, no grocery stores or restaurants so you have to eat at the hotel’s restaurant

Adequate and Average all-around

My definition of 3 stars is that something is simply adequate, there is nothing that goes above and beyond, and that describes this hotel perfectly. It's what most people require of a hotel that is near the airport. The food, the service, the beds, the rooms are all adequate but nothing exceeds it. With the exception of overall cleanliness, as the rooms were very clean. The building was constructed in a very non-standard way so most things, from the outlets to the windows to the shelves, are all at slightly odd angles but seem to work. I hope better care was taken for earthquake standards. Currently there is a huge amount of construction and the hotel didn't tell us that we would need special directions, even when we called them to say that we were in a taxi to their facility and double-checking the address. It was rather distressing when we realized we couldn't follow the directions to the hotel as there was no longer a road or exit where there used to be. We finally figured out how to get there over roads that were very torn up but somewhat passable. Inside, we found the emergency exit blocked, which was equally disturbing (see photos). We didn't test the doors so, perhaps they would've worked and perhaps you could get out via that exit. I hope so.

El personal de limpieza muy respetuoso solo dejen propinas tacaño ellas hacen su trabajo. Ahora lo malo es que no te levanta en el aeropuerto solo te dejan a su regreso y la reservación tiene un insignificante aumento al pagar la reservación se basan al cambio actual del el cambio de moneda por lo demás todo fue de maravilla y el menú del desayuno es lo mismo en su estancia, y son ateos al chile lleven su propio chile 😂😂😂
