"Very easy check in and out process. Ubered from the airport rather than rent a car. Host responded promptly to answer questions. Very clean and more spacious than we expected. Plenty of dishes, glass/silverware and toilet paper. Very small amount of shampoo/conditioner and no lotion, so make sure to bring your own. Used the neighbor hood pool/hottub one day. Great for a group of adults just laying out and chatting. Would be a very small pool for rambunctious school aged kids. The house is walking distance to stagecoach though we didn't realize the festival entrance by the neighborhood was for VIP so we actually had a 0.8 mile walk from our house to the general/ride share entrance we could use (then another 1.5-2 miles to walk from the entrance into the venue). At the entrance to the neighborhood there were people in golfcarts that were super friendly and would drive you to your front door for 5 per person. We used Walmart delivery for snacks/drinks/groceries since we did not have a car."

"House and property were great. Satisfied everything we were expecting. Would stay again. Cleanliness upon check in could have used a bit better care and patio furniture needs some upgrading. Overall would recommend the property."
