The hotel was renovated a couple of years ago and it is in much better condition. (Thus higher price now - double). We did not use the pool so did not rate that. Great property! Fun time. I would give 5 stars if the staff at the restaurants would be more attentive to the guests. It took 25 minutes to get the bill when done and the staff would check on you but in a hurried fashion to walk away without giving time to answer them. Was not busy enough not

Hilton Garden Inn Palm Springs - Rancho Mirage
Room was clean, bed was too firm but staff supplied a mattress pad to soften. Staff was very accommodating and respectful. Lobby was beautiful with Holiday decorations. Hotel is a bit run down and could use a refresh.
