Overall, was excited to stay here. The iconic views and colors. However, upon arrival, the rooms and property are truly run down. Paint chipping off. Stained carpets. In their bar, slow service, multiple messed up orders. Text message on a Saturday informing us that there would be no room service. At $500 a night just unacceptable. This place might be nostalgic, or iconic for the colors, but it deserves a 2 or 3 stars max. It’s a colorful Motel 6. Be advised.

We had the best time at the Saguaro. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. Our room was great! The pool was great! The restaurant El Jefe had delicious food and cocktails. And the servers and bartenders were all so nice. Definitely don’t miss the Drag Queen brunch, it was FREAKING FANTASTIC!!!! We will definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay. The Saguaro is a fun place to stay. We were in a poolside room and did notice that there are no room numbers on the pool side of the room. I went to the pool and hadn't paid attention to the colors of our patio. My husband was napping and didn't hear my text asking him to come to the door so I wasn't trying to get into someone else's room. Adding room numbers on the pool side would be a good move. The location is great and the views from the pool are beautiful.

It also smelled like an old folks home, maybe theyre spraying disThe rooms were noisy and it was hard to ignore the sounds of people talking or snoring coming from other guest rooms. I got woken up by loud talking in the hallway around 3am. It's cheaper than the surrounding options for a reason, won't stay here again. I would avoid

Upon check in it was discovered that they had given our room to someone else. Someone with the same first name and last initial. We both "pre" checked in. There was no apology, only a , well I can give you this other room (that is not the same that you reserved). I told her that, unfortunately, that would not suffice and she need to rectify the situation. She gave us a room and never apologized or empathize. Literally acted like I was a burden. She also decided not to give us our breakfast vouchers, so we had to track those down the next morning. The front desk again seemed annoyed with us and was on her personal phone. She did put it down once to begrudgingly hand over some vouchers. The rooms are very "lipstick on a pig" which I hate to say. The paint is chipping, the carpet is pulling and the tubs are kinda gross. The grounds are cool, I guess. Pretty sure there are just as cool places in the area without all the poor service and room quality. WE come to PS every year. I'm confident to say we will never stay here agian.

Staff is so bad , the facility is so bad in the room . The toilet is not sturdy, it needs to fix , the room is not clean . The manager of the front desk Chris doesn’t know what he is doing . Very bad attitude, when I made a complaint with the room service , he said , because the people were checking out a lot , so the room service was not doing well . What a ridiculous excuse! Be aware of this hotel !
