We stayed here after our flight was cancelled. Good rate. We really liked the concept of the early check in but couldn’t get it due to capacity. Appreciated the late check out. Common areas could be updated and cleaned. Our ac didn’t work but maintenance was prompt and fixed it right away! Restaurant staff was somewhat friendly but seemed scattered. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Keys demagnetizing easily was frustrating but staff was helpful. We enjoyed the pool area and attended a drag show which was great, however we experienced frustration along with others guest because there were no pool towels available. Other guests offered us towels. Minibar and complimentary breakfast were good perks. After all said and done I would still stay here again.

Wow, and not in a good way. Our stay was absolutely horrible. Mold in the bathroom, AC going out and making a horrendous noise, and a smell in the room that was just completely disgusting. I’ve stayed here many, many times, and this was for sure my last. I will never stay there again. Ever.

This was a very nice property. Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The property was very fun and decorated in a resort-like fashion. We had a room with a view to the pool and the mountains. Palm trees were everywhere so it felt like a resort. They had a disco party in the evening and an in-house restaurant. I received text updates inviting me to the party which I thought was a nice touch. The property is very well located as well and was a good value.

The front desk was in an otherwise stark room with concrete floors. The carpets in the hallways and our room were very old. We liked the multi-colored theme, but it looked like the walls needed another coat of paint. The pool area was nice, but I would not go back.

I had heard good things about the Saguaro Hotel and I had eaten at El Jefe restaurant before and really liked it. But I didn't enjoy the hotel overnight experience or my room. Hallways were dingy and foul smelling and the carpet in the room and hallways were wrinkled and discolored. It might be a fun party place I'll stay somewhere else for a more luxurious experience.
