2 Bed 2 bath cottage with full kitchen in a quiet neighborhood. Ample room to spread out. Parking for 3 cars. 10 minutes from downtown Estes Park, Lake Estes and entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Easy access to Fish creek trail for walking and biking. Abundant wild life frequents the property.

Easy access to lake for water activities, Sombrero Horseback riding and RMNP for hiking. Close to restaurants but far from the traffic and hustle and bustle of town.

2 Bikes provided for riding the Fish creek trail to Estes Lake. Easy access to all the east entrances to Rocky Mountain National park and walking distance to the National forest. (2 miles away)

They have a lovely, clean, welcoming home. We had a wonderful weekend reunion with family, hiking at RMNP, a nice walked around the beautiful lake, shopping, eating and saw a lot of wildlife. We were about a 10 -15minute drive from most of our activities. Maria and Javier were easy to contact and very helpful with the check-in and checkout process. I would love to stay there again.

Comfy home in the mountains.

Eagle Cliff Cottage is a comfy 2 level mountain home in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owners is impeccable and the clean, well-maintained home has all amenities at your fingertips. Accessibility to the attached garage was a plus for us! Deer visit in the evenings which furthers the ambience of this quiet neighborhood. Eagle Cliff Cottage is a gem you don’t want to miss.

We spent 3 days at Eagle Cliff in a quiet, tree filled neighborhood a short drive from downtown Estes Park. This well cared for home had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and communication with Javier was helpful and easy. We loved our hikes in RMNP but get EARLY timed entry passes in the summer to avoid the crowds. We would definitely come back to Eagle Cliff in the future. Thank you Javier and Maria.

Best family size cottage!

Plenty of room plus some for our family of 6! Clean property, animals visited on the property, and amazing views!! We loved our 1st trip to Colorado with our 4 kids! We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife, atving, horseback riding, and the mountain coaster!! The house was great! Great Property and Owners

We loved our time at Javier and Maria's home. The views of the mountains and trees are lovely. Sitting on the deck enjoying it all is special. There are other homes visible nearby (of course, if you want to be near a town), but they don't dominate the view. We love to be near a town, and this home's location was perfect at about 10 minutes away. We didnt use the bikes, however, it was too hilly for us. We eat most meals in town, with one in and morning coffee and popcorn etc. in the house. The kitchen is comfortably stock with coffee and miscellaneous needs. The house has plenty of room to be comfortable for my wife and son and I, plus room downstairs that we didnt even use. My son "worked from home" there, zero glitches or delays with the internet and calls. Javier was very pleasant and timely to correspond with. Just what you would hope for. Easy to reserve, check in, check out, and getting back the deposit. Estes Park is very nice. Access to Rocky Mountain National Park was easy enough. Tip: don't worry about not having a timed entry to Bear Lake Road etc, you can catch the shuttle at the Estes Park visitor center for that. We hope to come back and stay at Javier and Maria's place. You will like it too.

The cabin was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. We were a little disappointed that there was no air conditioning, but I think the weather was a little warmer toward the end of our stay then Estes Park usually has. All in all it was wonderful!!

My family of four had a wonderful time at this house. The place was well-equipped and we had everything we needed. The big windows all around the dining room were great for sunrises and sunsets. The location was perfect for easy access to town and RMNP, but without the crowds. We even enjoyed some air hockey in the garage. We would definitely visit again.

Great Stay in Estes

The house was nice and just what we needed for a short weekend trip! Everything was clean and comfortable. They gave me a nice water bottle to take home. The patio was a lovely place to sit out and drink our morning coffee and there was a grill if you wanted to have a bbq! Hosts are very responsive and communicative. Appreciated their hospitality! I think this property could benefit from having an additional sleeping space in the basement or providing a blow up mattress. There is lots of space down there, but we did not use it for anything other than the bathroom.

Estes Park Retreat

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood away from the crowds in town, but also close to everything. There is a nice view of the mountain peaks from the living room. We saw deer several times while we were there. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Check in was a breeze. We were there during the elk rut and really enjoyed watching them. There was a herd by the lake, not far from the house. Eagle Cliff is a great place to relax while you enjoy Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.
