This is one of Estes Park's premier VRBO properties. We purchased this property in July 2015. The property has over 3700 square feet and in addition to a large family room with a fireplace, it has a scrapbooking/craft or conference room with seating for 12.

It is registered with the town of Estes Park's vacation rental program #6092.

You access this property by entering Streamside Cabins at 1260 Fall River Road and going past their office to our private drive.

The home is updated and in great condition.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bath and large walk in closet.

There are three additional bedrooms upstairs with two twin beds in two rooms and a queen bed in the other.

Downstairs has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed while the other bedroom has a queen with twin bunk beds. The downstairs bedrooms have their own bath. There is also a game room with a ping pong table.

The kitchen has a stainless steel double oven, electric cook top and stainless fridge. The dining room is huge and has a banquet table that can sit 12 people comfortably.

There is an indoor hot tub room that can accommodate up to four people out of the elements.

There is a double car garage with a spare refrigerator for your convenience.

There are multiple decks to relax on and even an enclosed front porch/sunroom with fantastic views of lumpy range.

The home is private and backs up to Old Man Mountain which allows plenty of space to hike and explore, just out the back door.

There are too many things to list, but be assured that you will thoroughly enjoy this home and feel right at home upon your arrival.

The house was well set up for a large group - 6 bedrooms all with comfortable beds, extra pillows and linens; good quality towels and extras in all baths; very well equipped kitchen for cooking and dining; dining table and living room spaces that accommodate all guests; screened porch and outside deck perfect for the mountain weather. This property was great for our family of 12, we had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Close to town. It’s a little hard to find, because the turn off road is not clearly marked so that could be something to let future guests know, maps gives you a road name, but the road itself is not marked with a sign. The house was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Loved being surprised by a deer resting near the house when we arrived & seeing a bear one evening near the garage when we returned from our day’s hike. Kids got to see the bear scurry up a tree before heading off into the woods! The home has a fun multi use room to do crafts, play games, watch a movie, etc., & a ping pong table too! Estes Park Retreat is a great place for large families or friends vacationing together! Kitchen has all that you need to cook & share meals together. The porch deck has rocking chairs to enjoy the cool morning mountain air. The home is up the road from the Cinnamon Bakery which usually sells out by mid morning! We stood in a line waiting for it to open & have a treat our last morning here. It was great to be able to park in the garage, as well! In summary, we enjoyed our stay here & would recommend it!

Great stay

We stayed here for a family birthday get together, and we had the best time! The house is perfect for a large group, and we all had plenty of space! Some wild turkeys walked through the property a couple times, and we also saw a bull elk right down the driveway. We would definitely stay here again.
