1) You're renting a home in a neighborhood WITH NEIGHBORS. Please be respectful. If you want total seclusion, you'll need to look 20-30 mins from town.
2) 4pm or later checkin; 10am or earlier checkout. No exceptions as the booking platform does not provide insurance for such stays.
4) Cleaning is expensive here and I want to save you money. The cleaners offered a deal to keep the rates at some of the lowest in town. Guests are asked to start the dishwasher and a load of towels in the washer at checkout. It takes five minutes but saves the cleaners an hour, which saves you money!

Our home is in a small neighborhood and you will need your own transportation. Estes has a free summer shuttle bus but there are no stops near the home.
NEIGHBORHOOD
You will be renting a home in a neighborhood with neighbors! Events, loud music and noises, and parties are strictly prohibited. Please be respectful of your noise levels.
NONPAYING GUESTS
Insurance requires that nonpaying and non-registered guests are not allowed on property. Your guest count must be correct. Note that in the town of Estes Park, INFANTS COUNT TOWARD THE MAXIMUM GUEST COUNT.
