Check in anytime after 4pm- Check out promptly by 10am. Housekeeping comes in right at 10am. Maximum guests day, or night, is 8. Maximum vehicles 4. Town of Estes Park regulations.

Security deposits are held by VRBO with credit card and is only charged if damage is reported.

Driveway has a camera. There are no other cameras on the property inside, or out.

Ridgeview Retreat is brand new and ready for guests. 4 bedroom/3 bath. Great location close to town and absolutely breathtaking views! Large 52 ft deck with Continental Divide views, nice patio space. Hot tub is on upper deck and plenty of patio furniture to relax and enjoy the view. 3 of the bedrooms can have attached baths. 1 king, 1 queen, on main level/ 1 split california king, 2 twin xl beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the lower level family room. Split california king is an adjustable bed. All beds have Tempurpedic mattresses and luxury bedding.

Our family of eight truly enjoyed our stay at this property and made some wonderful holiday memories. The home was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable — especially the beds! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking family meals, and the location couldn’t have been better.We also really appreciated our host, Linda. She was extremely prompt and helpful when we ran into a couple of early issues, and she resolved everything quickly and efficiently. The views from the house were absolutely spectacular and made the stay even more special.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Everything was great, it's a beautiful house, with gorgeous views, close to downtown Estes Park. We were there for my daughter's wedding!A few things--some of our party had trouble finding the house even with the directions. The driveway is a little difficult to negotiate because it is long and space is a little tight for turning around. And finally it is close to downtown but you need to drive it, there are not sidewalks on the mountain roads.Hot tub is nice, the kitchen is well-stocked, lots of seating, I liked the fireplace, views were spectacular.

The Emerald Sea Turtle

Ridgeview is an amazing property located perfectly on the edge of Estes Park proper. Fully equipped and very clean with super comfy beds! Owner was proactive in notifying us of an issue and handled it quickly. The back deck was definitely our favorite spot - mornings meant watching the sunrise on the mountains with a steamy cup of coffee and evenings were spent enjoying the sunset with a cocktail. Bonus was the huge heard of elk (100) that moved right past the property one evening - so amazing!! Being right on the edge of town meant we had zero issue getting to other fun things quickly - Rocky Mountain National Park, the Estes tram, the Stanley hotel (take a historic tour - the ghost tour was ridiculous), shopping, groceries, etc. We really didn't want to leave the mountains or this property! Thanks for hosting our annual girls trip - we could not have been happier with our stay!

Linda was very helpful and we enjoyed staying in her cabin! Check-in and instructions were very detailed. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Our favorite part of staying in the cabin were the AMAZING views from the deck and the hot tub. We loved spending time relaxing on the deck every morning and evening looking at the views. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Estes Park again! :)

Incredible stay in Estes Park

The Ridgeview Retreat was a fantastic place to stay for a few nights in Estes Park! Close to town and just about everything you need for a few days in the mountain. Our host was very communicative and provided us a fantastic experience.

Beautiful view and home

The location, view and home were ideal. Extremely comfortable for our group of 6. Very clean. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived. I was told a new hot tub is on order and the issue was fixed very fast, but didn’t get up to temperature that night which meant it wasn’t available for one of the 2 nights of our stay. This was super disappointing (I had 5 teen girls checking it every 15 mins all night!), but I understand these things happen. Would definitely stay again if the hot tub was replaced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the best views in Estes Park that also allows you to skip the downtown parking and walk directly to shops and restaurants. We can’t say enough about the coziness and cleanliness of this home.
