Concerns raised were not properly addressed by management during my stay. You would think that a responsible manager would be interested in identified concerns and reach out. Didn't happen.
This was a very decent place. Has a gym, pool and laundry room--nice perks. You also get breakfast included. It is located in a very quiet area with easy access to whichever direction you want to go.
Staff very nice and helpful.
Points forts : Service et personnel, confort de la chambre
OK. Friendly staff.
A nice location, off busy roads. Undergoing renovation mid May 2025 when we stayed 3 nights. Very noisy window air unit made us complain the next morning, but they were very accommodating and gave us a different, upgraded room. Thank you. Staff seemed short, but all were very friendly.
Upon arrival, we found the entire lobby under construction. A construction materials trailer was parked in the entry portico. Most of the construction, except for the front desk, was done by the time we left. Our room was on the third floor and we saw a lack of cleaning in the hallways and stairways. Absolutely zero vacuuming was done in these areas during our entire 10 day stay. It is a quiet area tucked back in the woods and we did sleep well.
This hotel is in an area on the edge of Fairbanks that appears to be growing. All areas were very clean and new looking, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, with all amenities available.
King room nicely laid out. Updated furniture. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Had a lot of kids running the halls do it was noisy for awhile. Didnât use the pool. It was small. They were redoing the floor in the lobby so it was a little messy. Didnât eat the breakfast. I would stay again.
There was some remodeling going on that I was not made aware of, but it was being done in a clean and efficient way that didn't make the stay uncomfortable.
This little gem is central to almost everything in Fairbanks. All of our plans were within 10 minutes. While close to the city, it is tucked in a little pocket of trees, so we woke up everyday to a pretty snow covered vista that felt like we were far away. The staff was friendly, the breakfast delicious, and the pool clean. The room with the hot tub was spacious with a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again if in Fairbanks!
we had a room with 2 queen beds but the room really should only have had 1 bed. There was barely any space to walk between the beds and the beds and the walls - extremely cramped. There was only 1 luggage rack- with 2 people staying and each having their own suitcase -- one rack was inadequate. The bathroom had just a tiny bit of counter space, about 4 inches on each side of the sink...again, totally inadequate.
It was not a comfortable amount of space for 2 people. We will not go back.
Overall, we were happy with this hotel and would stay there again and recommend it to others. We are local to Fairbanks, but had never been in this hotel.
