Front desk staff and food were good. Had a couple problems but I this the sub zero weather had a lot to do with that. Staff help with recommending taxi's were invaluable.

It took 3 rooms to get one that wasn't too hot, or dirty, but management was great to get us a good room. The breakfast was great (hot, not continental), the work-out room had what I needed (stationary bike, treadmill, stairstepper, free weights). There is not an airport shuttle, however.
