Escape to an enchanting Alaskan wilderness cabin with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Nestled among the trees, it`s a tranquil retreat with modern comforts. Enjoy morning coffee by the large windows, explore nearby trails, and return to a cozy, fully equipped space with an elegant interior & warm fireplace. Ideal for longer stays, peaceful getaways, or Alaskan adventures. 6 miles to Downtown Fairbanks, Ft Wainwright, & Fairbanks University. In-unit laundry, utilities included, free wifi, pets welcome
Cozy and spacious 3 story home with the master bedroom & bathroom, Kitchen, living room, and half bath on the main (2nd level); secondary guest bedroom with twin bunk beds, twin trundle bed that converts into a king, second full bath, and office space with a desk and a sofa that converts into a bunk bed on the third level; and a large heated garage space with work out equipment and laundry room on the basement [1st] level. (Wood Burning Fireplace in Living room unavailable)
The laundry room (washer and dryer) in a room in the garage, which is conjoined with the apartment.
Smoke free environment.
Guests are able to utilize the deck, back yard, and side yard of the property.
You may park in the driveway. The driveway is shared with the other unit, so please do not block the driveway access. Unfortunately the garage is OFF LIMITS for parking. Garage parking is NOT allowed. There are extension cords to plug in your winterized vehicles!
Guests can reach us via the messaging app at any time. Please allow at least 1-2 hour response time during the work week due to job restrictions and availability limitations. If messages are late at night please allow us time to see your message upon waking up in the morning.
The home is located up a dirt road and across a trailer park on the left-hand-side. The entrance to the house is on the right. There is another apartment unit in the basement. Please rech out if you would aslo like to book this space.
AWD or 4WD are highly recommended in Alaskan winter months
This property is accessed through its own priavate entrance and is securely partitioned from the basement apartment by a deadbolt door leading to the shared laundry room in the garage. While both units utilize the laundry space, rest assured, each entrance is independently lockable, ensuring your safety and privacy.
Please NO SMOKING in or around the property.
Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.
***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 270-364 nights would be $1500***
For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.

Quiet Hours are from 8 pm to 9 am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.
No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violates Airbnb`s party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.
Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-Smoking of any kind in the unit or where it can waft-into the unit: $100
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Unauthorized Pet cleaning fee (excessive hair, bodily fluids, stains): $100-$300
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100
-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value
