Good things: friendly staff, quiet nights, low price Bad things: filthy sticky carpet, toilet crooked and flush doesn't work properly, luke warm shower water, the bathroom seriously needs an upgrade!

My room was clean ,staff was pleasing they answered all questions I had. they had a small free breakfast … it was ok ,cereal hot and cold, waffles… coffee and toast … but this place in the middle of everything, close to more than I had thought... my surprise great local restaurants, parks … shopping over the top . San Francisco close, Sacramento minutes.. Davis university... and the price of the hotel allowed me to spend so much more money on me ! something I don't often get to do with a teenage daughter... so really my Thanks to Americas Best Value Inn...I hope to see you again … A.C.

Old motel in need of upgrades

The handicap accessible room was not accessible for a shower for anyone disabled. There were bars in the bathtub but someone handicapped could not get into the tub!!! My father-in-law is in a wheelchair and could not bathe for the two days we stayed in the facility.

Bare Necessities

This hotel reminds me of an old Hotel 6. The place offered what was needed, a good bed, the shower worked and the TV was old style. There was a basic breakfast with cereal near the front desk. There is a great Mexican food place to eat right next door and a mall a block away. Easy to get off the interestate from the north, but to go back north, I had to go to the next intersection to the south by using the frontage road. If you're in a hurry and just need a place to lay your head, then this place is a fair plae to stay.
