Hot tub and the pool is not heated as I was told when I first called over tub would not fill up and hold for soaking tub in the bathroom. The phone did not work and I got my keys changed the room for three times and they still would not work I had to have management come up to let me in.

The rooms are clean. But When my husband went to use the hot tub. It was not hot at all it was just luck warm. Hardly any heat at all. And no towels. Not happy about that at all.
