The only reason why I gave one star was because I had to. Should be no stars. It was sketchy plus. Kid did not feel safe. I can deal with it, but didn't want to leave our stuff there during the day. Big thing was it was supposed to be a no smoking room, but it wasn't. It had been sprayed with a bad smelling odor blocker that made us feel sick. But under that smell was still the smell of cigarettes. They would not give a refund. We still left. Do not stay here!!!!!

The area was very neglected, there was a very strong smell of Indian food, and there was no elevator, and the area didn't look safe.

Just don’t go. Would have cancelled and left earlier but it was non-refundable. Scary, sketchy area and people all about. Cigarette burns on everything, stains on the towels, shower drain clogged. No kettle or coffee available. There was a dealer working out of his car in the parking lot, but he was taken away on the 3rd day. Woken by high-pitched woman gobbling like a turkey at 4:30am and slapping her partner. We got out of there at 6am.

Property had bed bugs in their mattresses, restrooms were not clean and had roaches in the room. Not a good experience for my employees, they asked me not to book this hotel for them again. They also got itchy with bug bites on their back.

Many, many, many things needed to be fixed: broken wall mirrors, holes in walls etc but the most important was the missing smoke detector in our room. We will not be back on our next trip to northern CA.

Do not stay at this property if you have any desire for cleanliness and well-kept facilities. If I could get a refund, I would push hard for it. Wasn't worth the affordability. Had spray-paint graffity on the walls in the room, smoke detector had been ripped out. Phone didn't work. Lights missing. Door was rusting out. Room was supposed to be non--smoking, had obviously been smoked in frequently--tar build-up in the HVAC unit. Disgusting. Pool was out of order, nor was there coffee as advertised.
Pool was obviously out of service for a while.

This place was horrible, service was terrible at check in I should of immediately turn around go look for new hotel but I didn’t. We finally checked in and walked to our room it was horrific abandoned wheelchair right outside our room, room curtains were ripped, bathroom sealing was stained, smoke detector was tapped, back room sink was held with black tape about to fall off the wall, the smell was discussing. Please don’t ever stay here it was horrible all around, I had to leave that same night go look for different hotel. Service and location horrible don’t stay here not in any condition to be running a business. Online website is false advertisement pictures and way off to what the property really looks like. I tried to get my money back I was told no pero Hotel website and till this day I have not heard from the hotel staff. I Will never be staying here.

Check in was good. Once in the room, I almost left. Where the tv was suppose to be there was a hole in the wall. There was a light fixture above the vanity, but no light bulb. There was a hole in the bathroom door that was plastered over. The bathroom floor was warped and moved because of air pockets. The refrigerator was so loud I had to unplug it to get any sleep.

I booked this room for my brother and his GF they got there a little before midnight. Checked in at the front desk. Went to the room and the room was in horrible condition. The faucet to the bathtub was broken, the vent was hanging from the wall. The dressers were damaged. The front door didn’t lock. The guy working the front desk wouldn’t not let us change rooms- saying there was no other room to take and refused to refund me. I will never book a room here ever again. My broth we and his gf ended up finding another hotel to stay at midnight. Horrible experience.

Not worth the stsy

This place was discusting the room smelled like a wet dog when we turned the heater on it smelled like burning bugs. Dresser drawer broken, blood splatter on the walls, dirty everywhere looked like it had never been mopped, mold in the shower. Definatly not what was pictured. As soon as we got to the room the smell was so bad i had a headache. We asked for a different room and they said they were sold out. Would definatly suggest going somewhere else unless you just want a pay by the hour type hotel room.
