The welcoming, open-plan main level features vaulted ceilings, fully equipped kitchen with walk-in pantry, breakfast bar and dining area. Adjacent to the dining area, the living room space has comfy sofas, gas fireplace and TV with ROKU for streaming Netflix, Disney and your favourite channels. Walk out to the wrap-around deck with private BBQ and stunning views of the Mountainside golf course and Columbia Valley.

Escape to your private sanctuary in the upper level master suite. It features 2 queen beds, ensuite spa-inspired bathroom with stand up shower and deep, jetted soaker tub. Walk out to a private deck, perfect for morning coffee surrounded by inspiring mountain views. The separate loft area overlooks the living room with a desk and quiet place to sit and read or relax.

The lower level provides a cosy space to watch a movie in the living area. Friendly competitions can be enjoyed with the shuffle board while a wet bar area has a full size fridge and coffee maker. There are 3 bedrooms on this level - one with a queen and ensuite shower room, one with 2 sets of twin bunks, and the last with a king that can be split to 2 twins. A third full bathroom is also on the floor. Pack light and use the washer and dryer in the laundry room. Walk-out to a private patio providing shade in the hot summer months and a green area for the kids to play.

Lots of room for everyone

Clean, spacious condo backing onto the golf course. Close to hiking trails, the hot pools and restaurants. 2 adults and 5 teens (17 & 18yrs). The teens enjoyed having their own space on the lower level (TV and games area, small kitchenette bedrooms and bathrooms). Would definitely recommend.

Great mountain getaway.

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Very roomy and well looked after. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well decorated and very roomy. Very nice location - right on the mountainside golf course. Beautiful wraparound deck. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Fairmont.

Great spot. Highly Recommend.

We stayed here for an annual guys golf weekend. Great house, lots of space, clean and accurate to the description. Management was great and allowed us to check in early in order to dump food in the fridge prior to tee time. 5 stars.

The stay was better even than the pictures can show.

The property was part of a townhouse development but functioned as a unique and separate house. Three generations of family and we all had a spot. It was convenient for skiing, and the warm creek with natural pools was within 150 meters. The golf course is the front yard. Becky, the host, was amazing. She was flexible and took a very odd set of circumstances for us and helped us out at every level. We could not of asked for more. Thank you Becky and someone give that woman a raise.
