The beautiful stylishly built private and Hilltop Villa sits high on Sycamore Ranch overlooking the Golf course(Golf Club of California) with absolutely incredible views of Mountains. We have an expansive backyard, beautiful view of Fallbrook, Bonsall mountains.

OUR VILLA:

We are located near the Golf Club of California and Monserrat Winery in Fallbrook at end of a semi-rural residential area. We actually have about 15 different wineries within about a 10-mile radius of us..

The grand scale of this hilltop villa is impressive with almost 3200 square feet of indoor and outdoor view deck living space which includes a sit out and on backyard and seating under the deck for relaxing. You will also enjoy a formal dining room with seating for up to 10, an oversized living room, a full-sized kitchen with both bar seating for 4, in addition to the 5 bedrooms, office space and three bathrooms.

GUEST HOUSE:
There is also a Guest House which has 2 Bedrooms with 2 full bath available for larger group at an additional cost of $150 per night that can accommodate 5 people.

The kitchen was created with the home chef in mind and is fully equipped with a chef's range built into the island, refrigerator, dishwasher.

VILLA's MASTER BEDROOM:
The huge master bedroom comes with an awesome view of mountains, a king bed, ceiling fan, huge master closet, and outside relaxation/entertainment area. The master bed room connects directly to the master bathroom, which feels like your own personal spa with Jetted tub. There is French doors to access an outdoor private balcony.

VILLA's BEDROOMS #2, #3, #4, #5:
The 4 guest bedrooms also fully furnished with comfortable Queen beds, share two full bathrooms, one bedroom has Queen bed with pull out twin bed and the other has queen-sized bunk bed which is Twin to accomodate 3 guests each.

LIVING and ENTERTAINMENT INSIDE/OUTSIDE
The Living room has French door access to the outdoor SPA area, and multiple sofas and seating areas for games, meals and enjoying time with friends and family. There is so much more to enjoy at this amazing property you will be incredibly impressed.

LOCATION & FUN THINGS TO DO:
Our Hilltop Oasis is the perfect location if you want to visit Los Angeles (Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, etc.) and San Diego (San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Old Town, Gaslamp, etc.) as we are located between San Diego and Los Angeles).

Ocean & beaches and Camp Pendleton's main gate are only 18 miles away.
The newly opened Monserate Winery is only a 5 minute away.
Temecula wineries are only 14 miles away.
The San Diego Wild Animal Park is 30 miles away.
LEGOLand is 32 miles away.
The San Diego Zoo is 51 miles away.
San Diego Airport, Downtown San Diego (Gaslamp Quarter, Old Town, Little Italy, San Diego Harbor) are 52 miles away.

CLIMATE:
The Sycamore Ranch Villa is far enough away from the ocean to escape the marine layer. The marine layer is a cloud cover that covers the coastal region and obscures or entirely blocks the sun for days and weeks at a time (even during summer). Temperatures at the Sycamore Villa are warmer than at the ocean, but we get a pleasant ocean breeze that makes even the hottest of days enjoyable. Due to our location and elevation it cools down at night, which allows for a good night's rest. You can sleep with the windows open and listen to the soothing sounds of the night.

SPA HEATING:

Please let me know if you want to heat the above-ground spa during your stay. Due to the high cost of fuel the spa heating is $75 per day.

PARKING:
We have parking for 8 to 10 vehicles on the property; also available street parking for additional vehicles.

PETS:
We adore pets and we do allow pets and the back yard area is enclosed; but, we charge a $100 fee per dog, because they do require us to spend more time cleaning and add to the wear and tear on the property.

We also ask that you clean up all messes in the yard before your departure.

This property has lot of outdoor area to socialize and comes with beautiful 360 views of CA mountains.

OTHER AMENITIES
Late Checkout may be arranged depending on adjacent bookings. When possible you can stay til 6pm so that you can enjoy a half a day to go out and have lunch/brunch in town and come back and take a nap before heading on your journey home for a $200 extra charge (pending availability).

We have a very warm season from July through September so you may not need to heat the Spa during these beautiful summer months.

You will have full access of the entire property and all it's amenities.
