Indoor pool/hot tub were out of order. No prior notification was available. Wall paper was falling off the walls. Stains on showers. A/C was loud and kept us awake. Loads of other issues with the facility. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Value was not good.

The property is clean and easily accessible from the freeway. It is near the eating establishment and a gas station. Friendly staff.

No room service including making the bed, and no additional coffee second day in the room. Carpets are filthy, and no continental breakfast Saturday when we left (after 7 am). The bathroom towels reminded me of gym towels in my high school/college athletic shower rooms. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this Hotel to anyone, it's obvious the hotel is going downhill really fast.

We were put in a wing with all other puppies. The worst part is the letter you have to sign that if your pup keepa someone else awake you pay money. It doesnt work the same way if non pup owner keeps you awake because they are loud and freak out your puppies. Not happy with that clause at all.
