We arrived at the hotel around 4:40 pm and Check-in starts at 4 pm in this hotel… First, no staff was in the locked lobby! We rang the bell and no one responded! Well, we finally found the note on the desk inside the lobby area. The person helping us to check in was not well informed about the hotel deposit policy, check-out time, or complimentary snacks! And he gave us the wrong room key. The room was cute with a falling well bed light and the wrong evacuation this made me very confused about whether we were in the right room or not. The first day, we came back from dinner to the hotel, one of the keys was not working on the lobby door and the other one was not working for the hotel room. On the second day, two of the keys were not working. The information paper in the hotel room said guests could have complimentary coffee and muffins. No coffee and muffins were present in the lobby area. When I asked for it for the first time after check-out, the manager told me to get it inside the bakery! Of course, there was a very long line inside the store and the manager did help with the unpleasant attitude. I would not recommend it here if someone prefers less contact with hotel staff! This is the place you need to call them at least once per day.
