Checking in I had this full page security thing to fill out and had to put in a $50 hold that lasts for 3 days in case there was any damage to the room. The said it was because I used a 3rd party (Expedia). Read in between the lines “We are penalizing you for using the travel app.

Very disappointing
WiFi not working and not fixed. Pool had been shut down by local health department and hot tub (tho advertised) non-existent even if the area was open. This is not worth a dime to stay here.
