Room needed maintenance. Bathroom light didnt work. Sheetrock was crumbling in bathroom. Toilet seat had no fasteners installed. It would fall off the toilet! Lots of weeds around the property. Staff was excellent. Pool looked nice. Price was fair.

We specifically booked for the hot tub and pool area. Hot tub was closed down, water slide and water shoots were not running. There is mold growing along the outside walls. Would not have booked here had we known this. Main elevator did not work, ice machine or vending machines did not work. All of this should have been on their website. I heard people complaining about their showers as well.

The hotel was torn up. I understand things happen out of control. Total change was $108 and should have been lowered accordingly. I checked in late 12:30am and had housekeeping walk into my room at 9:30am and I hadn’t checked out. The toilet wouldn’t flush and I had to fill the ice bucket with water to flush it. Then, after I checked out, the hotel charged my credit card an additional $85, which I am yet to get refunded. All conversations with the hotel, they deny any additional charges, even though it’s clearly visible on my end of the credit card.

The electronic key system didn't work. We had to be let into our rooms manually by the manager. The front desk worker sent us to the wrong part of the hotel. The spa was closed. There was mold/mildew in the shower.

PSA - Book directly with the property to avoid these 3rd party bookings...And be cautious with Wyndham Stayed there for the pool. It was closed for maintenance and they did not refund, even partially. Had i known this i would not have booked. I have been VERY disappointed with Wyndham properties the last few times. Book with caution. Not to mention hotels.com did nothing to help. Their agents even lied about "contacting the hotel". Terrible experience with hotels.com.

Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, there could have been a wider variety. Room was clean and very spacious. Didn't know there was no daily room cleaning. TV was not working. Front desk staff informed the maintenance but it was never fixed. However, on checking out, we got a discount for the non working TV.

When i arrived at the hotel the elevator was broken,the spa was broken and the pool was broken. Since La Quinta did not offer the amenities as stated in the Hotels .com ad I felt i didn't want to stay there as I am elderly and cannot manage stairs well. When asked for a refund they denied it.

The room was clean, but we experienced several issues. When arriving, there was another customer at the desk and the receptionist on duty was flustered. He said "f***" at least three times. He was unable to give us the suite we paid for due to a maintenance issue. The double queen room he gave us was clean, but the toilet seat was broken, the hook in the bathroom was broken, we could not close the curtains because they were broken, and the heater would not turn off or down so it was extremely hot. He did not apologize or offer us a discount even though the room we were given was a smaller room. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast - no complaints. Overall, I would not recommend the hotel after our experience.

We love La Quinta hotels but this one needs help. Positives were staff was very friendly, they were keeping it clean even with construction going on, the location is very convenient to everything. Breakfast had lots to choose from, beds were comfy. Now for the cons, pool area was down, elevator in main building was down, toilets either ran all night or you had to flush 3 times. water temp would start cold til about 3 minutes in then would get hot. Some kids were screwing around in parking lot and someone was doing circles. we called 3 times to front desk to ask if they could take care of it or call police. It was almost midnight. Lots of construction going on so hallways were blocked off.
