Terrible. Long power outage with no lights during the day. Hockey teams in hallways everywhere running around yelling. When asking the front desk if they could have someone make them be quiet at 1030pm we were told they don’t have to be quiet until 11 pm.

Expectations

Breakfast was extra and hot and good. Service was good as well. They were having problems with water pressure and hotel was basically shut down from 10-3 on our second day. They said Hotels.com should have notified us. They didn’t. Room was fine, bed comfortable. Biggest issue was the Wi-Fi was horrible. Couldn’t get our devices to download anything. Additionally, the tv had Netflix and YouTube available but you couldn’t get that to connect to the server either. We will not stay here again. I was looking forward to our 3 day stay as I thought it would be a class above. It wasn’t.

Good location and clean property. Close to everything. Delta Marriott is generally my preferred hotel wherever I go, hits that balance of fancy and affordable. Delta Fargo is one of the less remarkable I’ve visited but it was fine. My room had the bathtub shower which is not my preference, and my request for a room with a view was not accommodated, but that seems to be the deal when you book thru 3rd party.. no special service or upgrades. Anyways Fargo was a light 8/10 for me

Pool area was easily over 90 degrees. Miserable for anyone to be in there. Room was super musty and took almost all night for temperature to com down to 70. Laundry room had the door open and fans blowing hot air into the hallways. Netflix and other apps wouldn’t connect to the internet. Electrical outage starting early the next morning caused us to have to check out earlier than we wanted. Tried to book a pool birthday party. Left 2 voicemails and never received a call back.

Our room was very nice clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is very pretty. The pool was amazing! But the woman attendant was extremely stressed out and kept taking everyone’s towels and giving everyone a countdown to when the pool closed, walking around telling people they had 45 mins till close and clearly very stressed and in no mood to be there. The food in the breakfast buffet wasn’t great but the menu food was good.

I recently stayed at Delta Hotels by Marriott Fargo and had a mixed experience. While the staff was friendly and responsive, several issues impacted the overall quality of the stay. In our first suite, neither of the TVs worked properly. One froze after a minute of play, and the other wouldn’t turn on at all. The bedroom light was also burnt out. When we reported these issues, the staff was helpful and offered a room switch right away, which we appreciated. The second room was an improvement in some ways but still had problems. The pull-out couch had leftover food and belongings inside, which was disappointing. Overall, both rooms were cleanish but definitely dusty and showing their age. Compared to other Delta Marriott properties I’ve stayed at, this location feels noticeably more outdated and in need of renovation. For the price point, it didn’t quite offer the value I’ve come to expect from the brand. Another downside was the frequent wait at the front desk, often because the clerk was away, which made check-in and questions take longer than they should have. While the staff was courteous and tried to make things right, the condition of the hotel took away from the experience. With better upkeep and some updates, this property could align more closely with the standards typical of the Delta brand.

Hot and Humid Room

The hotel itself is very nice. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the amenities were good. However, the air conditioning was horrible. The room was warm and humid making it difficult to sleep. The AC control went down to 67 degrees but the room never cooled below 74.
