Walking in immediately smelt like smoke in the lobby. Staff was rude. Halls were disgusting. Our room was decent, which is the main priority. But just felt gross. The exterior was bad! Needles in the parking lot. Homeless people walking by. I didn’t feel safe

The area of where our room was smelled like weed and musty. Room was dirty and there was painting coming off the walls. We ended up leaving the hotel because of all the things wrong.

Loved the staff, they were super friendly. Pet friendly was amazing. Our room was so dirty i bought chlorox whipes to clean some things off (dust bunnies in thrle windowsill and air conditioner) , we had ants, and we were missing a shower curtain. Pool had leaking ceilings and tiles were super slick but the kids still had fun swimming all weekend long. Did feel safe enough bringing the dog out to pee thruout the night Also did not like being charged 3 seperate charges for no reason and explanations. No manager has called me back yet as to what happened and when my refunds will be occur.
