I would very happily stay there again
This hotel had every amenity that you could think of in the room. uncommon ones like a razor blade. I was only there for one night & there was a few bumps in the road, but I would absolutely stay there again.
Here are my pros & cons
Pros
1. Allowed early check in (but still had to wait until about a hour before checkin for the room to be cleaned because their checkout is so late - which is a bonus)
2. Tons of amenities & fruit plate upon arrival. they also offered me a free beverage at checkin.
3. Checking in was great. I was helped by a young lady and a gentleman that were lovely to chat with & helpful.
4. There is a Starbucks
5. The room was spacious & comfortable
6. Lovely bell hop grabbed all my bags and helped me to my room (where at other hotels I stayed at they just sat around not wanting to do any work).
7. Even though I was only there 1 night they remembered I had an early checkout and had a taxi waiting. They were even about to come get me just in case I slept in
Cons
1. There was no in room dining menu made obvious/mentioned. Maybe I’m blind, but I had to go out to find food (I didn’t find a lot of restaurant options in this area - mostly takeout and cafes) only to see someone’s room service going up. Also, the meal wasn’t covered, so had I sneezed in the small elevator it would have gotten on that person meal and it gets colder faster if not covered.
2. The phone didn’t seem to work to reach front desk or wake up call.
