The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpfull, but, unfortunately, due to the ongoing strike, services were very limited. So there were no room services during our entire stay.

Once of the worst hotel experience we had, after booking a reservation for 4 nights a paying over $300 CAD a night. First we arrived at the hotel and they didn’t allow us to pay in cash since the hotel staff was in strike and they weren’t taking cash; second we arrived at the room and they cleaning was very poor, then we tried to use the safe box and wasn’t working, when we ask they said because the strike all the safe were out of service, every time we came down to ask something at the front desk nobody was there, body came to clean the room or at least restock the washroom; if a strike is going on and you can fulfill the hotel duties inform the guest, offer a discount or close the hotel; don’t recommend to stay here after paying a lot for this; we leave very disappointed

Bon séjour pour ma part, bien située, peut être j’avais personne sur mon étage, mais j’ai pas entendu de bruit du tout. Les craques par terre sur la banquette était peut être sale. Mais à part ça c’était propre. Parking disponible pour 15$ et restaurant cochon dingue très bon présent dans le même bâtiment

Terrible experience. Room was dirty when I arrived, no housekeeping or room service due to a strike (which they never told me before booking). Staff promised me a partial refund, but after checkout they refused and denied ever saying it. Had to clean and take out trash myself on vacation. Dishonest and unprofessional wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

It’s a nice ‘dated’ hotel that’s needs work. The ceiling and one wall in our room had bad water damage that should have been long repaired. We also found the hotel noisy. Very thin walls and doors.

Room furniture was completely inadequate. We were given a room without any chairs to sit beyond the work desk chair. After complaining, we were told that some rooms were missing furniture because of recent renovations. We were then offered another room with two kitchen style chairs and a small ridiculous side table. Maintenance staff were also on strike. So there was no room service during our three day stay. No compensation were offered for the inconveniences.
