The room was very clean and comfortable. The piano in the lobby was a nice touch. It was easy to walk from the hotel into old Quebec. We would definitely stay there again.

Mold in shower, ceiling, warped floor molding, some light switches weren’t working. Just an overall dated feel to the room. For the price we paid, am a little bit disappointed. Will not be staying there again exploring other options around the area.

A grand and groovy hotel of the ‘70’s but needs a good make over. The scratches on walls and furniture, strips missing from around benches and general wear and tear suggest he is tired. The rooms were clean, staff very helpful and kind. We did not eat there or use the bar. We had a major problem with our room smelling of cannabis. The manager was extremely concerned and we were able to changed our room. For this we were very grateful. He did it in such a manner that we felt supported not winging. Fabulous location. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the beauty and history of Quebec City.

Positives: The hotel is only a 15-20 minute walk to Old Quebec City and next to the Plains of Abraham. It’s in a safe location if you don’t have a vehicle. The front desk staff as well as the valet attendants were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the revolving restaurant (Ciel) which we thoroughly enjoyed. Negatives: We were there 4 nights and I didn’t like the idea of having to request clean towels before 11 AM. I am environmentally conscious but I feel fresh towels should automatically be changed every two days without having to make a request. Other than that, we had a great stay.

I didn’t like the hotel service, I asked for parking they charged my card for a far parking not inside the hotel, the staff members at the front desk are not professional I asked for the signage that they add for massage therapy and she answered that I don’t know if we have massage and I don’t know if we still have this service, then why they kept the signage at the hallway beside the elevator, it’s not professional, as well as they add inside the room garbage bin or teeth brush or even cream and the fridge inside my room was not working, I went there to celebrate my mirage and unfortunately it was a bad experience.

Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Great location. The shower was terrible, poorly designed, left water everywhere in the bathroom. The room was not the cleanest, but comparable to other hotels. Overall, a decent stay.

Arrived at property at 3:50, was told no rooms were ready and to come back at 4. went back at around 4 was told that room was not ready again, other client were getting checked in, after some back and forth finally got a room. Room was hot, ac did work well, toilet did not flush well. room felt cheap. On the good side the lobby and restaurants are quite nice.
