Beautiful Wooded Dream Cabin Backs Forest

Walking into Timberloft you immediately are taken aback by the great room's soaring tongue and groove ceilings and expanses of vaulted windows overlooking a beautiful back yard and then out into the untouched forest. Tiled throughout, the great room stays cool in the summer, and the radiant in-floor heating along with a floor to ceiling rock fireplace keep it cozy all winter. A stunning rough-cut log beam spans the width of the house, combined with over-sized wood trim and rustic decor to show the mountain character of this amazing cabin. When the french doors swing open to the untouched forest beyond, you are sure to feel like you are in your own private mountain oasis.

The rustic-yet-modern kitchen has beautifully crafted Alder wood cabinetry and sleek black granite counter tops. With stylish stainless steel appliances and all of the accouterments, this chef's kitchen is a joy to cook in. With dining area seating for 8, the group can enjoy a wonderful meal together in this open and comfortable space.

As you meander to the downstairs sleeping quarters, you find the beautiful Master bedroom with king-sized bed, comfortable lounge chair, and private bathroom with dual sinks. Across the hall is the queen guest bedroom, and a separate bath with walk-in shower.

Making your way up to the loft living and sleeping area, you'll find a comfortable open space with plenty of seating, and a smart TV perfect for those movie nights! There are two twin bedrooms along with two pull-out trundles to making a comfortable place for four to sleep. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use in the loft as well.

Just minutes from I-17 and I-40, and surrounded by a variety of dining and shopping options, the Timberloft Cabin is the perfect home base for all of Flagstaff's attractions. The Arizona Snowbowl is a quick forty minute drive, and offers world class skiing at a family friendly resort. Grand Canyon is a short drive North, providing some of the most beautiful scenery in the country.

The neighborhood did not seem safe. We didn't go out to walk our dog due to concerns on the neighbors and the surrounding houses. The house itself was fine - smelled a bit musty, and the beds were not great. Had the basics of what we needed. TV and Wifi were in and out. We would not stay here again.

Beautiful cabin

This cabin was perfect for our overnight stay, wish we’d stayed longer. Especially liked the fully fenced backyard with grass. The cabin was clean and very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

My daughter graduated from NAU, my family was there to celebrate with us. Had a small get together and the place was perfect! Weather was exceptional and the VRBO was just perfect for our gathering. Will definitely book this place again.

Really maintained and nice property

This cabin was a really nice stay and was really well kept and organized. The backyard has a nice hangout spot and the indoor spaces were very comfy and warming. The surrounding area has some really nice trails and is fairly close to flagstaff so grocery shopping was also quick and easy. They also had a lot of hygenic necessities provided like hand soap, towels, shampoo and bodywash so not much was spent on anything other than food. Only recommendations I have is if a bread toaster was added and a full size baking sheet for the oven was supplied.

Cute cabin

Overall great location, friendly neighbors and wonderful dark sky community....you will see stars like you have never seen before!! The blower in the back yard detracts from the beauty and solitude. I've seen these same pumps in other back yards but they were silent. That is my only complaint and the view outweighs that, but it would be more peaceful without that.

Wonderful cozy home

The house is beautiful. Design and decor is fantastic. Comfortable beds. Neighborhood needs a little work, but as long as you stay in house and look out the backyard at the forest, all is well. There is no air-conditioning, usually not necessary in Flagstaff but we picked a hot week. However the nights were beautiful. There is nothing but a little salt and pepper there, so if you are cooking be sure to bring all the spices you need. Sleeping areas were well done and beds comfy.

Great spot for family and small dogs

Very clean and welcoming home. Plenty of supplies and great kitchen to cook in. Loved the small back yard for our dogs. We will definitely be back!

Excellent property to get away and into a comfortable cabin. We spent time cooking, puzzles, hiking, snowball fights, and building snowmen. Cabin was warm throughout the stay. Great backyard for the dogs to run around in off-leash and play in the snow.
