Centrally located apartment within walking distance of the Bargello Museum. Convenient location for walking to the city's main attractions. The flat does not have a lift and stairs are required to reach it, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
The apartment is set within an elegant historic Florentine building in a spacious location. The apartment has three large bedrooms (two doubles and one single) with single beds and can accomodate up to 5 guests.   It has two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with    stove, refrigerator, oven. A spacious living area with dining table and a comfortable sitting area complete the apartment.   Wifi connection and washing machine available. The apartment is on the second floor; one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are located on a loft.   Stairs inside and outside the apartment to be walked (64 steps), building has no elevator.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
