Great place to stay in the heart of Florence. Great location and easy to get to all the top sites relatively quickly. The size was amazing and was quite spacious. There was six of us and plenty of room for all of us and with enough space for everyone to have their own private space. Would highly recommend.

Great Location to major sights

Amazing location to major sights. Very poor property communication as I tried to reach them and had Hotels.com reach out several times as we changed our arrival date and never heard anything back. Check in was fine, met by a lovely lady who explained house to us. Washer worked ok. Located on noisy street, bring earplugs!! Beds hard and very humid in apartment.

Amazing location and value for money

Lovely property in amazing location. Very spacious and loved having a lounge. Functional kitchen and all very clean. Good communication before stay only spoilt by extremely rushed greet and meet despite communicating our exact arrival time, arriving at a reasonable time within the checkin hours...made us feel like a burden rather than a welcome guest. As a result of rushed checkin struggled a little with the heating and washing machine. Doonas on beds very light so some blankets would be welcomed!

Good Location in Florence

The introduction to the apartment was lacking, we were rushed through and handed the keys, of which there was only 1 set. They did turn up another set after a little pestering. There aren't any written instructions for anything in the apartment.The only supples were 6 tiny pieces of soap and 6 little shampoo bottles, we had to go to buy TP. The apartment is very nice. 3 BR/2 small bathrooms. Very nicely located very close to the Ponte Vecchio. We never used the kitchen, so I can't comment about that. The laundry is a washing machine only, with a small rack to dry on. It was fine for our purpose with 6 adults. I can't say that I would stay there gain.

A godd looking, functional property right in the heart of Florence. Very quiet at night, and worked well if you wanted to sleep somewhere clean, safe, and close.
