Francesca at the front desk was excellent got us checked in a bit early the room in excellent condition, bathroom renovated very clean, the bedrooms and beds are excellent we slept very good and the rooms were nice and cool with the extreme hot days in Florence and all of Europe. This property is a close walk to the train to the airport. The property is located on a safe corner that is almost at the foot of a bridge making it easy to visit many areas quickly. The room was large, clean, with modern elements and quiet. The staff was very attentive and helpful with my questions. I was traveling alone to Florence for the first time and this property helped make my stay easy, safe and enjoyable. I would recommend this property to others and stay again myself.

I was a solo traveler from New York and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay that feels like home—safe, welcoming, and close to all the popular landmarks. Francesca was incredibly friendly from the moment I arrived. She went above and beyond to support me with tips on booking trains, restaurant recommendations, and offering the warmest hospitality throughout my entire visit. The location was super central and within walking distance to everything. The room and bathroom were also spacious and spotlessly clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. I truly felt at ease, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Franchesca was amazing, very warm and inviting. There was very minimal area to hang up clothes and nowhere to open up the suitcases except on the bed. Although the bathroom was huge there was no shelving or anything to put towels or guests toiletries. This could easily be remedied. The room itself was nice.

Posizione perfetta sia per spostarsi dalla stazione dei treni o aeroporto, che per esplorare il centro ed entrambe le rive dell'Arno a piedi. Check-in estremamente facile e personale gentilissimo e disponibile, abbiamo molto apprezzato il suggerimento di un posto in cui fare colazione. La camera era spaziosa e il letto e il bagno comodissimi. Uniche pecche: in camera l'unico posto su cui potersi sedere è il letto (niente altre sedie o sgabelli), e le pareti non trattengono bene il rumore che a volte è un po' eccessivo (ospiti in reception, purtroppo a noi è capitato la mattina presto e probabilmente tubature / toilette elettrica dal bagno).

Not a bad location however the rooms themselves were not good. We got to the rooms and immediately got hit with a backed up sewage smell. The sink was backed up, bathroom constantly running/flushing, and it did not look good at all! Every breath you took on the bed, it would squeak extremely loud. Rarely ever saw staff. The room wash ok at best.
