The house is designed with traditional Feng Shui concepts and every detail of this house has been made to make you feel as comfortable as possible and integrated with the exterior.

The purpose of the house is to be green by attracting people who seek this lifestyle.
The house was built in woodframe style, with thick walls, thermal and acoustic insulation, providing a high index of thermal and environmental comfort through the green roof and cross ventilation. All frames are aluminum with mosquito netting, allowing excellent cross ventilation without the need for air conditioning. It also has fans. The construction is recent and the quality finishes with comfortable furniture. The house can accommodate 4 people.

The house has 2 floors and is within a private plot, allowing you complete privacy. If you come by car, you can leave it on the ground. Downstairs features a living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Outside the balcony and pergola (service area). Upper floor with 1 bedroom. A powerful internet connection (wifi) covers every room of the house, including garden.

The house has a large covered porch where you can rest reveling in the hammock. Large glass doors integrate the balcony with the dining space (a table with 4 chairs). The kitchen with cabinets is integrated with the living room, featuring a 4-burner cooktop stove, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and other utensils. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower with porcelain tile floors and walls. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, which can sleep 2 people. It also has a chair bench that can be used to support your laptop. On the upper floor is the large bedroom with a box-bed and 2 shuttered windows and mosquito net. A closet with hangers will make it easier to organize your clothes.

Beside the porch is the main entrance door of the house, with a covered pergola where in the back is the tank. An outdoor garden shower allows you to cool off when you return from the beach. The barbecue is mobile, you can make your barbecue in shady or sunny area, depending on your taste. We have at your disposal 1 surf board, 1 boogie board, fresh tennis rackets, 2 beach chairs, parasol and barbecue.

The house is 100 meters from the dunes of Campeche beach (in 3 minutes you reach the beach!), right in front of Campeche Island. Prime location. Nearby you will find a market, bakery, pizzeria, typical restaurants and other trades. In the center of the Campeche district you will find a more commercial environment, such as a restaurant, bars and bakeries.
