Enjoy an open and airy living space with ten-foot ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, and water views from the screened porch. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV (streaming only), providing the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals for the group. A breakfast bar adds extra seating, making this space both functional and stylish.

Nice unit. Beds comfortable and baths nice. Amenities lacking in that there was limited toiletries, no coffee filters, flatware was very sparse, had to buy a frying pan, and fridge water trickled out like maybe the filter was old. A lot of dog hair on porch, and I had to fix the garage door for it to work on arrival. Thermostat limited to 70 and that was warm for us. Location was nice but I didn’t realize there would be that much traffic noise from bridge across the creek. Still was a good week, desent value. Just plan on bringing a few items with you.

The location was ideal for walking to Center Street and all the boutiques and eating establishments. We rented a golf cart for the 6 of us and drove around the area which was a blast. We enjoyed the escape room, pier and beach area. We had coffee on the balcony every morning. The house was the perfect size for the six of us. The upstairs toilet was our only complaint, it sprayed water on the floor when flushed as it wasn’t properly seated to the floor. Overall the area was a great girls weekend.

Easy check-in. Nice location within walking distance to the main strip and the Lost Dog Cafe. Great view from the master bedroom. The house looked like the pictures and had plenty of space for everyone staying. The property needs some maintenance though. The whole house smelled of mold. There was tape above the light switches next to the fireplace that said do not turn on for safety. There was water inside the fireplace and the wall next to the balcony door was clearly warped from water damage. Additionally, there were water stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. On the day of checkout, the cleaners let themselves in the house without knocking at 9:45 before the 10:00 checkout.

Nice view

The communication with property management was sorely lacking. I processed the online form for maintenance just like they said I should do and never got a response. The ceiling fan on screen porch didn’t work and toilet was running. Also the air conditioner stopped working. The air conditioner was repaired but nothing else was addressed. I would suggest some other things but I will let owner know. Kitchen needs things like silverware and skillets, even a can opener.

The house had so many issues!! It seemed as if the entire house was just a handy man job fixed with duct tape and paint.On day one, we had to send a maintenence request for 3 issues.1. There were 2 coffee pots which neither worked. One of them overflowed all over the counter and we had to use the only paper towels provided to clean it up.2. The garage door wouldnt open and we had to manually raise it so we could park our car in the garage. We were told our car would be towed by the HOA if parked anywhere else.3. One of the ceiling fans motor burnt out. It looked rough!On day 3, we had to submit another maintenance request. The toilet lever broke, which meant we didnt have a bathroom on the main floor for 2 days.These things are all fixable but it just summed up our experience at this property.Other issues we noticed and dealt with...The house had a mildew smell and there were leak stains on the ceiling in multiple rooms, even visible mold spot.The bathroom's light fixture was pulling away from the wall and looked as if it was going to fall any moment.The main floor bed was so hard and uncomfortable that 2 people had to sleep on the couch all week.A majority of dishes and cups were chipped and/or broken. The stove's controls had all been wiped off so we had to guess the heat levels. Both the back & front doors didnt close well and/or bad stripping. We could see light coming in around the edges.I would book somewhere else especially for the price!

Great spot!

This was a great spot. It’s quiet and relaxing, but only a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The screened in porch is amazing!The beds were all very comfortable. We had all the kitchen appliances and dish ware that we needed.The dishwasher didn’t clean very well, so we hand washed our dishes.

Beautiful views/walk to center street!

My family rented this condo for a family reunion in Folly. We had family staying in houses all over the island. Unlike the other reviews, we found the condo to be very clean! We loved sitting out on the screened in porch overlooking the bridge and the water! Plenty of amenities and short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee, and bars. Easy check in and great communication with property management. I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Here is the only downfall: We were told by property management that the renters before us accidentally took the parking tag. We did not think much of it as we only had 1 car and a 6 passenger golf cart and management said we could fit in the garage and we did. The problem was, my parents came to visit one night and they parked IN THE DRIVEWAY because we could not fit all 3 vehicles in the garage. They weren’t there 15 minutes before someone in the neighborhood called the property manager and we got a call to move the vehicle. Beware, lots of “Karens” on this street. You can’t even park in the driveway of the rental w/o a tag which we weren’t even given! Ridiculous! I have to say the property management team was so nice about it but I would have appreciated them supplying a temporary tag for the holiday weekend. If you only have 1 or 2 cars
no problem! Make sure the management company has your tag!!

Family fun in Folly

We really enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach. It was a short 20 min drive to Charleston and just over two hours to Savannah. We visited both locations but really enjoyed our stay in Folly. It was nice to park our vehicle in the garage. My parents stayed in the bedroom on the main level. Our kids shared the bunk bed room upstairs and my husband and I stayed in the upstairs master. The layout worked perfect! We enjoyed the screened in porch which was very peaceful for morning coffee and evening wine. Just 1/2 mile from the beach and I did walk there to enjoy the sunrise three mornings during our stay. Also an easy walk or bike ride to the restaurants and shops. Definitely would return.

Perfect for Girls' Weekend

We loved it! There were 5 of us ladies 'of a certain age' - 2 shared the king so nobody had to have an upper bunk. Kitchen was well-appointed, screened-in porch over the creek had plenty of chairs. Beds were comfy, extra blankets in downstairs closet. Two blocks from Loggerheads, which we visited every evening on the way 'home'. We could walk to everything except Charleston! One note - we were going to Uber/Lyft into Charleston, but that was c-r-a-z-y expensive, so plan on driving if your visit includes it. We definitely hope this is available for our next getaway!

Great Beach House!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It was very clean and the rental company was very responsive to the very minor issues we encountered (needed new batteries for remotes and a new light bulb in the bed room). The house was nicely updated and the beds were very comfortable, which is unusual in a vacation rental! Would definitely stay here again!

Wedding

We rented the property for a weekend wedding in Charleston which was very convenient to downtown. We were able to go to the beach, which was a short walk and utilize the pool. Waters Edge provides good privacy. Traffic in and out of Folly Beach on the weekend, however, Is awful.

Island condo review

Condo was close to downtown area and beach. Staff was quick to respond if we had questions. Kitchen had lots of necessities, but minimal towels. Layout of condo was nice for 5 people...each had their own bedroom space. Appreciated having access to two bikes. Would have been nice to have beach towels available. Otherwise, loved our stay.

The house and location was perfect

We came here to get away after the holidays and visit Charleston. This house was in the perfect location, close to everything with so much to do. Loved that you could walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. The house itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The screened in porch was nice to sit on for coffee or in the evenings. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely stay again but for longer.
