Meticulously maintained and super clean 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom family Lake home located on a quiet cul-de-sac (horseshoe) right off Highway 45. Conveniently located 5 minutes north of Fond du Lac and 15 minutes south of Oshkosh. We are 8 miles from the EAA Seaplane Base and just 13 miles from Wittman Regional Airport!

Enjoy the largest inland lake in the State of Wisconsin! Lake Winnebago is a premier fishing lake. Fish right off the pier (we have 65 feet of private lake frontage) or drive 5 miles into Fond du Lac and rent a boat and fish for walleye, perch, crappie, etc. Two kayaks provided can be launched right from the shoreline or pier for a tranquil paddle!

Our 1.5 story home has brand new central air, a fully stocked kitchen including all new appliances and a dishwasher for quick meal clean up. First floor open concept includes entry off the attached garage; laundry room with washing machine and dryer for your use; full bathroom including toilet, tub and shower; large kitchen includes breakfast bar which seats 4 and opens up to the dining room and the lovingly handmade Montana cedar table which seats 6; cozy living room with windows on 3 sides with spectacular views of the lake can be enjoyed while lounging on the new sectional sofa or recliner; Master Bedroom with walk-in closet. Door leading out from dining room/living room opens onto beautifully landscaped patio with table & 4 chairs, chaise lounge, and 2-person swing to enjoy Southern exposure sun with your morning coffee or evening cocktails or just to sit and cool off with the wonderful breezes off the lake!

2nd floor loft style bedroom includes queen bed, twin xl bed, and large ottoman that easily converts to a twin bed for small adult or child. 2nd floor bedroom also includes a large closet, & bathroom with toilet & shower stall. Towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets included for all beds. 6 beach towels included for your use. Bathrooms both fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothpaste and the all important Sunscreen!

Hang out by the campfire at night on the 6 chairs provided, play corn-hole (bag toss game), grill out using the brand new Weber grill or play board games (provided) around the large dining room table inside and enjoy the cool air conditioning or lounge in the living room while watching Cable TV on the 50 inch wall mounted television!

We are just an 11 minute drive to downtown Fond du Lac, 5 minute drive to beautiful Lakeside Park, & a 25 minute drive to downtown Oshkosh. You'll want to explore one or all of the 3 excellent supper clubs that are just up Hwy 45/Lakeshore Drive & all are within 7 minutes of the home!
