Breakfast ran out of stuff, even no creamer for coffee. No fresh fruit nor water at the lobby. Worst thing ever, no hot water in room for shower. They close the pool this morning. No stuff around to ask for assistance.

We’ve been here a few times definitely going down hill. Water wasn’t on in the room to start. There was a chirping smoke alarm or something going all night in the hallway. Hot tub wasn’t working even though I called the day before to verify (I understand things happen). There was dust all over bedspread. Crumpled soda can lying in the hallway. It was just not the best. Staff was wonderful and doing their best, I think there was only on guy doing front desk and housekeeping, so not his fault.

Well worn

We have stayed at this property several times; the last of which was 4yrs ago. It is time to seriously consider making upgrades. The lack of occupancy tells the story. From old, well worn carpeting to a very non supportive mattress, this hotel is the ideal average hotel. I’m sure the costs to renovate is high, but occupancy will increase.

When we checked into the hotel, we were assigned a room that was dirty and had food garbage on tables and the bedding was in disarray. We were then transferred to a room that the AC/heating unit gave an error, the curtains were not completely secured to the ceiling, and the bathroom floor was dirty. This property needs some TLC and staff needs to be more detail orientated.

Consistently Good Hotel

Consistently my favorite hotel in the area. The breakfast has options for everyone, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the pool area is great for all ages, and I always feel safe at the property.

Great pool area with a variety of options for all age levels and a handicapped accessible hot tub. The kiddie pool could use paint touch ups as the entire floor had large patches of paint chipping. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Felt like housekeeping and maintance were MIA. We found 3 pairs of socks in the couch- not ours. The hallways had a foul odor and the doors to open the entrance had to be manually opened. The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating.

We stay here every year and any time we are in Wisconsin. The service is always great, everything is clean and the waterpark, warm swimming pool and hottub are fantastic! Breakfast is also always top notch.
