This was by far one of the nicest properties I have recently visited. The staff was very accommodating and answered all my questions. The Breakfast could have had a few more menu options such as English Muffins, bacon, etc. Only 1 egg option, which was scrambled. I like raisin toast and it looked like they only had white and wheat bread. I didn't see anyone checking the area to see if any more food needed to be brought out.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and our room. The breakfast was delicious with a good verity of food. Staff was friendly. My kids were hoping for an outdoor pool or a bigger pool indoors but they still had fun splashing around in the 4 foot deep pool. We found it odd that the bathroom door in our hotel room did not have a lock on it. Over all it was a nice place to stay during our trip to the Dells.

We got the king suite and it was a nice big space. It was perfect that it wasn’t right downtown, but just a short drive to get to the parks and shopping. The pool is small and designed for children, but it was clean. Overall experience was positive and will use this hotel for the next trip do the Dells.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The property was very nice and clean, really admired the landscape and flowers. The breakfast was very good and the coffee and tea available all hours was a hit. Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable, very clean. The surrounding area was very nice and always felt secure. We had a nice stay at Hampton Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good, fresh and a welcome amenity. The pool was quite small and mostly just for young kids. The hotel is just a short drive to everything we wanted to do in Wisconsin Dells.

I spent one night in a king suite on a bed that sinks in the middle and broken springs. On the second night there were little bugs crawling on the bed and all over the bathroom. There was only one person working in the entire hotel that night so the only thing he could do was give me a new room. Even though the new room was not another king suite I did appreciate him trying to fix the situation.

This was our 4th time staying here and everything was great. We know we can rely on coming here and the room is clean and service is friendly. The morning breakfast is a huge perk too. The location is very convenient, near all attractions in the Dells, including shopping and dining.

We arrived late at night and it was difficult to actually enter the building since the door was locked. After multiple attempts to gain access by ringing the bell, we needed to call the front desk to get help.

The room seemed clean but then we found a used bath towel in the bathroom before we used it. The fridge didnt seem to cool very quickly. The breakfast dining room wasnt very clean, the carpet had debris in it that was not just from breakfast. The pool area seemed clean but is only deep enough for young children. Our room was quiet and the exterior of the building seemed clean. The breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious!
