I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, beautifully maintained, and had a luxurious feel. Everything was nice, from the elegant décor to the comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, upscale, and relaxing hotel.

I loved the location! Staff is helpful, a lot of things to do close by. Only bummer is that you aren’t allowed in your room until after 4pm. You check in at 1030. And have to wait or do stuff without a room to go into. Room was finally ready around 410pm.

We stayed because of the free Noah’s ark tickets and when I called nobody said it had to be a 2 night stay. So ended up buying tickets to the waterpark and staying in a pretty gross hotel. Definitely would have stayed someplace else.

The front desk lady was extremely rude. Didn’t tell us the children’s swim area was closed until we checked in when we had small children and didn’t offer to give us some of our money back. That’s the entire reason we went there!

Pool area were nice. I liked the there was 3 separate pool areas in the hotel have enough variety we felt no need to take our little to Noah's Ark. Key cards to the room were dodgy as soon as it came close to magnets the key card would go dead. Our mag safe phone cases made this tricky. We also enjoyed walking to and eating at Bobbers next door for dinner.
