Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this spacious, comfortable home is the perfect choice for a family-friendly getaway. Enjoy dinner, sunset and views of the Foothills through the trees on the upper-level deck and evening soaks in the private hot tub. Or gather around the fire pit, unwind with a seasonal beer and share stories under the starry Colorado skies.

Just three doors down - enjoy easy access to the Spring Creek Trail, a Fort Collins treasure! You’ll find it perfect for leisurely walks, morning runs or hop one of the three provided cruiser bikes for a fun adventure around town on the trails! This home is perfectly centered less than 3-4 miles to CSU and Old Town or the nearby trails at Horsetooth Mountain Open Space. If you don’t want to drive, the Spring Creek Trail can get you there! Enjoy the convenience of several community parks, a dog park, and stores in the vicinity. Kids will adore the children's play structure in the backyard and pets will love roaming the fully-fenced backyard. Check, check and check!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced backyard with a flagstone patio, private hot tub, fire pit, tons of outdoor seating, and a children’s play structure with swings. There is also an elevated balcony with an outdoor dining table, pergola and propane BBQ grill. Three complimentary cruiser bikes are available for your use!

INDOOR LIVING: The downstairs living room features an indoor electric fireplace, 65" Smart TV, laptop-friendly workspace, card table, dart board and board games. There is also a 55” Roku Smart TV in the main living room upstairs, plenty of comfortable seating, and a dining room table with seating for 8.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom on each level, one has a bathtub. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, blackout shades, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials. There are also tons of kid-friendly amenities including a highchair, baby gate, pack n play, and more!

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

NOTE: There is a $35/day hot tub service and heating charge if hot tub is used.

The house was very comfortable and in a perfect location! We had things planned all around town, especially at Horsetooth and downtown, and everything was easily accessible. The kitchen was well stocked, and the entire home was clean, welcoming, and convenient to use.Stacy was a great communicator and provided clear, helpful instructions about both the house and the surrounding area. We’d absolutely recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

Air Conditioning

The property was nice with a few exceptions. This property has a window air conditioner. This was fine if you were in that one room but the other bedroom was very warm and then after plugging a straightener in one of the outlets one of the breakers blew but no one came to fix it so then the fan would not even work and the couple in that room were very warm and had a hard time sleeping. Also it said there was room for ten guests but ten people were not able to sit at the table and eat or sit comfortably in the living room. We are family oriented and like to be together so this was a challenge.

Great property, would stay again. Beds were comfortable, hot tub clean, temp excellent. Nice there were some spices, paper towels, coffee, filters, etc
. All info was spot on. Very close to grocery, liquor, restaurants. Easy access, easy departure. I’ve stayed in many rentals, no complaints here.

Great house for families

Four nice bedrooms with two living spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs. Useable garage with garage door opener. Kitchen had lots of pots and pans for cooking. Only two bathrooms, One up and one down. Great location.

Great Location

This home is so close to everything we needed. The grocery is 1/2 mile, our family 1 mile, and the walking/biking trail is just steps away. The kitchen is stocked with perfect cooking utensils and appliances for a longer stay. We definitely will be returning.

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house had 4 bedrooms which were great. It was near a great walking trail and in a lovely neighborhood. My 3 yr old granddaughter loved the swings in the backyard and we all loved the hot tub.

Great Family Vacation

Great property in a convenient location. Quite perfect for our family of 5 plus our GoldenDoodle. Our 3 Teen & Tween aged kids each appreiated their own bedrooms, and my husband and I enjoyed the king bed in the master. Comfortable living space to just hang out, watch TV, and play games, both upstairs & downstairs. Enjoyed a backyard bonfire and hottub experience! Enjoyed hopping onto the multi-mile walking trail 3 houses down. Convenient walk to the grocery store & a fun Brewery, and conveniently located to the main roads for our many day trips. Only reasons for the 4 (not 5) star review: - Plumbing issues (poor/no hot water pressure in kichen (showers were just fine), slow draining sinks, & minor issues flushing toilet) - Kitchen Pans (We cook alot. Kitchen was great, in general. Lots of options for pans, but every pan we tried was terrible (e.g. eggs sticking to pan). - Grill Propane was out when we tried to grill our steaks. These were all minor inconveniences in an overall great experience. Would stay here again.
