Rates were jacked up almost double , stayed last week for 125 , return trip was 200 , desk staff stiff as a board , a smile would be helpful .

This hotel had mice in the room next to mine. I saw it run out of the room so I tried to inform the staff and the first guy just kind of brushed it off like "oh no" sarcastically. So the next day the owner was there. I asked him did the staff from the night before inform him about the mice. He pretty much careless and was like we will put down traps. Brushing it off as well. Well the next night guess what I see on the floor in my room, two mice running on the floor. I called the front desk and they offer to put me in a different room. I left my belongings in the room because I didn't want to be in the room any longer and I told them I would come back the next day and get my things. The next day the owner comes to the new room and basically was like well you left your things in the room and food so that doesn't help when your complaining about mice insinuating that I brought the mice or something. The staff was pretty helpful for the most part but they didn't seem to care that they have mice just crawling around in the rooms.

A little hard to figure out how to get to the front door, not the hotels fault. Unit was clean but a little musty smelling. Breakfast was ready early and everything hot.
