Cozy Luxury Remodel, Fantastic Backyard! Walk in 5 minutes to CSU/Old Town

Best location in town for proximity to CSU and Old Town! This Upscale Downtown Vibe is a private apartment suite located in the lower level below a beautifully remodeled Historic House in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. Close to CSU and Old Town, it is the perfect location for anyone wishing to visit our amazing community and close to art and culture, multiple Breweries, restaurants and dining. Each room is equipped with a collection of Vinyl records and record player.

Built in 1905, it has been lovingly restored and modernized with your comfort in mind in 2017. This one bedroom, (queen bed)1 bathroom, with an amazing kitchen and bathroom, shared front porch and a back patio area will make your stay a place to relax, unwind and enjoy! This is the lower separate unit of a historic house and other guests might be staying above during your stay. As the house is built in 1905, there might be some noise transference. Might hear some footsteps from above, but rate is priced accordingly.

Easy access by foot or bike to the beautiful Colorado State University campus and the excitement of Old Town which is blocks away:))

Remington Street is in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. It is a short walking distance to shopping, food and entertainment. Originally a street where much of the university housing was supplied, the neighborhood has become a transitional zone with homes and businesses in close proximity to one another.

Our home is close to mass transit locations such as the MAX line - a north to south line that spans the city limits of Fort Collins as well as public access to Zagster bikes nearby. The home is located in walking distance to many of the best attractions in Fort Collins but is a short Uber ride from just about any brewery or other attraction around.

Very nicely appointed in a fantastic location

The location is fantastic. We could walk north to old town or the CSU area and a plethora of shops, restaurants, and bars. Or walk the old dirt Collins neighborhoods under the trees and all the old houses. We drive to the Gateway Natural Area and it took maybe 20mins to be in a canyon and hiking.Everything in the property is very nice. Appliances, decor, materials, etc.If we are back in town we will definitely look to be staying here.

We love coming here. It is our home away from home when visiting our daughter. We walk everywhere we want to go from his home (or bike or scooter). It has all of the amenities you need - no need to bring anything from home. The stocked kitchen is perfect if you'd like to eat in. The bed is cozy and comfortable. Lovely back yard to enjoy. The owner is quite responsive. Zero complaints. We will absolutely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment has everything that you need including a record player and a handful of vinyl records. This was perfect for relaxing between hiking or exploring Ft Collins. Communication with the host was fantastic. We appreciated the laundry facilities after hiking in RMNP. Perfect CSU/Fort Collins Rental

I booked this apartment for a spur of the moment trip to visit my son at CSU. It far exceeded my expectations! It was a solo trip for me and I debated staying in a hotel, but I’m so happy I stayed in this apartment instead. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood perfectly located for CSU and downtown Fort Collins. The apartment is spotless, well-equipped and comfortable. The beautiful yard is a bonus. We visit Fort Collins frequently and will definitely rent from Harriet again. She makes the entire rental process, check-in, check-out and all other communication seamless.

Great place for two people! There are other people in the upper/large part of the house but that is clear in the description. A little bit of noise from that but again, it was not unexpected. The decor is absolutely darling and I’d recommend staying if you want to be close to campus and old town!

Perfect place to visit your CSU student

Cozy, well appointed and super convenient to campus. Loved being in a real neighborhood (in contrast to a hotel). You can walk to campus and Old Town. Amenities were as advertised and easy to use. Price is competitive to hotels in the area. I highly recommend.

Wonderful property in an excellent location. Walked to many excellent local diners, downtown FoCo, CSU campus. Apartment had everything that we needed. Refrigerator filter replacement light came on halfway through our stay and Harriet had a repairman over that day to fix the issue. Highly recommend this property.

Pleasantly exceeded expectations in every way!!!

Such a lovely property in an ideal location to CSU and downtown... able to do a lot of good walking with such convenience to Old Town Fort Collins, shopping, dining and exploring. The home is beautifully updated and Harriet thought of everything from additional towels and blankets to coffee available and ready for the morning. The tv offers plenty of options for entertainment and washer and dryer available. Amazed at the level of ease and convenience! This made for an excellent and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend... I think you will be very pleased. Thank you again and will stay on our return to Fort Collins.
