First morning, woke up to a cold shower. When I asked at the front desk, the person knew the problem was that the "breaker" had tripped. Only seating in the room was at the desk and not even a desk chair. Staff was friendly, but check in had to be done twice due to new employee training.

The staff was great! These days they clean rooms every other day, which I don’t love and when it was time for my room to be cleaned somehow it didn't get done. I even went to the front desk that morning to make sure it would get cleaned and they said “yes, it’s on the list” but after spending the entire day around town we came back that evening and it wasn’t cleaned. The front desk was helpful giving me clean towels and TP but it was a bummer for sure. Breakfast was good, ended at either 9am or 9:30 am.

We had no hot water, the air conditioner made a sound like an alarm going off all night, and there were no outlets or usb ports anywhere within reach of the bed. Will not stay there again

It was spotless and was either new or recently remodeled. We checked in at 12:30 am (after a concert) and I was bracing myself for the type of service usually available at that hour. The night shift attendant was friendly, warm and engaging. One of the best check in experiences!

We really enjoy this hotel. We have stayed there a couple times on our vacations. If I could change one thing, it would be wonderful to have some really good water pressure for the showers in the rooms. I have a lot of hair and it takes a while to rinse out shampoo because the water comes out like soft rain.

About the 5th time we have stayed there.

Queen suite was roomy and accommodating for our stay. This Fairfield is beginning to show its age. Some rust or mold around shower door, pillows are awful - need to be replaced now. Staff is great, breakfast ok. Restaurants across the parking lot - very convenient.
